  Double shaft kiln

  The calcination mechanism of the double shaft kiln is full parallel flow calcination, with high lime activity and various fuels, such as natural gas, gas, oil and pulverized coal. The minimum particle size of limestone is 15mm, and the activity is over 360ml. The double shaft kiln is operated by sealed positive pressure, and the working pressure is about 40kpa. We have adopted a series of new technology applications in the double shaft kiln to solve the technical shortcomings, including: according to the decomposition temperature of raw materials, reasonably determine and control the flue gas temperature and flow rate in the connecting channel, avoid the liquid phase generation of ash, reduce the coating adhesion of low melting materials, and reduce the scaling risk of the connecting channel; adopt SNCR technology in the channel and flue gas external circulation technology to reduce the NOx emission in flue gas.
