Sinocalci has achieved significant results in various sectors such as calcination, industrial incineration, solid waste recycling, and managed operation, and has established cooperation with nearly 100 well-known enterprises in the steel, non-ferrous metals, calcium carbide chemical, petrochemical and other industries at home and abroad. The company's main products include annular shaft kilns, powder calcination devices (suspension kilns), double shaft kilns, rotary kilns, thermal storage incinerators, catalytic combustion equipment, direct fired thermal oxidation furnaces, waste liquid incinerators, solid waste rotary kiln incinerators, waste salt incinerators, etc. Through research and development, new technologies that have been implemented in engineering include the fourth generation annular shaft kiln process, calcium oxide reduction using carbide slag, and basic zinc carbonate. At present, our completed projects include the calcination of basic magnesium carbonate and other powders, as well as dolomite. The projects we are currently researching include photothermal calcination, biomass fuel, magnesite light burned magnesium oxide, coal gangue activation calcination, and high-temperature modulation reaction systems.
In terms of hardware facilities, Sinocalci has an advanced laboratory covering an area of 1000 square meters, equipped with first-class experimental equipment such as German NETZSCH thermal analyzer, high-temperature electric furnace, vibration mill, and flue gas analyzer. These devices can meet the comprehensive testing needs of limestone and dolomite calcination tests, ultra-high temperature calcination tests of inorganic salt materials, and refractory material properties. The laboratory has multiple specialized departments, providing solid hardware support for scientific research and innovation.
